
Lin YE
lin Ye is a professional illustrator from China, currently living in London. After graduating from university, She worked with a team to publish a science picture book about viruses in China. This experience made her deeply appreciate the power of illustration in both information communication and emotional expression.
Later, She came to the UK to study CHILDREN'S PICTURE BOOK ILLUSTRATION at Goldsmiths, university of London and obtained a master's degree in art. During her studies and professional practice, Lin has continued to explore a wide range of visual styles and creative approaches. She enjoys challenging herself across different areas of illustration, including pattern design, book covers, and editorial illustration, aiming to make her work not only visually engaging but also rich in narrative and artistic depth.
Her illustrations are inspired by small moments in everyday life. They often balance warmth and introspection, inviting viewers into quiet yet emotionally resonant worlds. Lin seeking to make illustration not only a form of visual art but also a medium for reflection, empathy, and emotional connection.
